What is this position about?
Position Purpose
- Managing Direct Access Clients and providing tailor-made Forex spot /structure products solutions for them.
- Attending to RMs queries in a timely and professional manner, provide quality service.
- Working with ICs/RMs/Market Advisors on client meetings/client calls/portfolio reviews.
- Generating new structured product ideas and help drive sales of these new products.
- Achieving revenue income and increase business volume in order to meet annual target.
- Delivery of an efficient and reputable advisory and execution service.
Key Responsibilities
To achieve the following in accordance with Bank policies and guidelines:
- Direct contribution to BNP Paribas Operational permanent control framework.
- Provide timely updates to clients and RMs/ICs, actively screen for new FX ideas (cash or structured products) in conjunction with outlook.
- To be more proactive ideas promotion and marketing especially in the space Forex and Commodity related structured products that meet clients’ investment objective and risk appetite.
- Assist dissemination of investment ideas via email broadcast, Monday Assembly as well as Weekly Product Huddle Meetings with various marketing groups.
- Maintain FX structured product library, update product brochures and other related client documents to fulfil both local and regulatory requirement.
- Prepare and attend product validation meeting chaired by Product Development Committee to present new product ideas.
- To assist handling operation issues of the desk if needed. Take part in system UAT project.
- Responsible for maintain updated FX information on Echonet as well as to prepare Forex commentary and news broadcast.
- Working closely with Middle Office, LBS and RPC to ensure work efficiency.
Competencies (Technical / Behavioural)
Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills :
- PC, and other software applications, particularly MS Excel. Good knowledge on technical analysis will be ideal.

- Capability to work under pressure, hard-working ,patience, pleasant and good team spirit
Specific Qualifications Required
Qualifications and Experience :
- 10 -15 years working experience in relevant field
