 The IT Payment Services line is the global hub for payments and cash‑management solutions across the BNP Paribas Group. It delivers high‑throughput, highly secure applications that process billions of transactions each year. The team works in an Agile, DevOps‑centric environment and collaborates closely with product owners, compliance, and operations to keep the platform reliable, compliant, and innovative.

Position Purpose: 

This position is for Business System analyst for IT systems on Payments and Cash Management for the BNPP Group. 

This Position Involves functional analysis & testing covering executing the functional and regression tests using manual and automation methods. 

You will be part of a team of 3 people mainly in INDIA 

Next Step is a new Project for BNP Paris. The platform evolves with the latest technology: Jave Full stack – Kendo (Typescript)

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Functional Specification Analysis Experience

·       Understanding testing principles and practices

·       Ability to plan, design, and execute test cases

·        Able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams 

·        Work in close co-ordination with functional test team to Analyze test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements.

·       Closely work with Dev teams/PO resolve technical & business issues and to develop a good understanding of the project and testing objectives.

·       Must have good analytical skills.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams

·       Must be flexible, independent.

·       Perform other testing-related duties as required

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·       Experience of 3-5 years in Functional analysis and testing required

·       Excellent oral and writing communication skills (required)

·       BDD/TDD approach knowledge (required)

·       Test feature writing for Cucumber (required)

·       Skillful in XML/XSD and SQL language (required)

·       Experienced user of ALM/QC, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint

·       Experience in working in Agile environment

Specific Qualifications:

·       Minimum 3 years of experience along with Bachelor’s degree - in management, finance, science, economics, related field or equivalent experience.

·        Prior experience in similar domain.

Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)

Technical Skills:

·       Basic of SQL

·       AML Octane

·       Basic knowledge of Selenium cucumber
