About the job 
  • Regulatory & Risk Solution & Industrialization team is based in Paris, London and Lisbon and is part of CIB CCCO Central within CIB Functions, a transversal team dedicated to supporting the Chiefs Conduct Control Officer [CCCOs] covering all CIB Business Lines and regions.
  • You will support the CCCOs and the CIB Executive Management in managing the non-financial risk management framework (operational, conduct and regulatory risks) including on risk management solutions and tooling.
  • You will also manage two teams, composed of Business Analysts and Project Manager, responsible for driving and developing two CIB tools:
    • MyProcedures (by CIB) is a repository to host Procedures and Not-a-Procedure documents
    • Adages is an employee data repository for different use cases such as Surveillance, Monitoring, Recording, Regulatory requirements…
  • You will interact with many employees in the CIB world, at the regional or business line levels, also with IT functions, as well as some other Group entities, to relay CIB business needs. You will have a chance to develop your knowledge on the CIB organization, as well as on risks that CIB faces.


Your Main Activities Are 
  • Act as a representative of the Procedures Office and Adages Office, ensure the coordination between teams, data providers and IT and a timely response to their requests
  • Facilitate the continuous improvement of the Operational Risk Management Framework at CIB level
  • Participate in projects related to risk management or CCCOs own transformation and other ad hoc responsibilities
  • Drive change and use positive influence to ensure that client transformation is aligned with CIB strategy
  • Capture business requirements and propose the most adequate functional solutions
  • Supervise the teams by ensuring the quality and timely completion of the deliverables
  • Relay any important information to managers concerning team and relevant BAU topics
  • Communicate effectively and provide constructive feedbacks to all teams, clients and peer. 
  • Support the team in the BAU tasks (periodic reports, data quality analysis, procedures analysis...)


Profile and Skills to Success 
  • Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Business, Economics, Finance, Project Management, Product Management, or related
  • 5 to 7 years of professional experience ideally in team management, Risk and Controls, Risk management solutions and tooling
  • English fluent
  • Proficient in MS Office, EXCEL advanced, Tableau, VBA & Power BI
  • Ability to develop and leverage networks 
  • Ability to develop others & improve their skills
  • Ability to deliver, results driven and decision making 
  • Critical thinking, creativity, open-minded and proactive in the promotion of new ideas
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken
  • Highly organized and with the ability to multi-task 
  • Attention to Detail and rigor
  • Organization & Strategy; Good understanding of CIB organization
  • Business/IT relationship
