Spain IT Production
 
Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.
 
ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION
 
Ensure that standardised methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all IT Changes, in order to minimise the impact of Change related problems upon IT service delivery and quality.

Coordination for all Change activities within BNPP IT Systems and IT Infrastructures, assuring the overall Quality of the Change Management Process to meet with Change targets without any Impact to Business Operations.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 

Ø Actively Animate the change community, supervise and monitor Global IT Change Management Operations:

o Manage change requests by ensuring compliance with BNP Paribas Group directives and CIB L3 procedures

o Supporting CTO & IT teams in the process of managing operational changes

o Controlling requests for changes in production

o Ensure the impact and risk of any change in the level of service

o Manage conflicts of planned changes in production

o Prepare and organize CCB/CAB meetings

o During CCB/CAB regular meetings, support and advise CTOs and IT Senior Management

o Core member of GCB ITG Meeting and able “to speak for CTO” and on behalf of CIB IT Production

o Steering, reporting and improving change management

 

Ø Coordination of Major IT Operations in Production:

o Manage the overall timetable for Major Changes

o Manage the CIB Freeze calendar in full collaboration with ITG

o Relay the Change management communication

o Prepare and perform the training on change management to ensure IT operational are compliant with the process

o Manage the ANC (Advanced Notification Calendar) for Major Changes

o Manage planned Major Change conflicts in Production

o Prepare with IT support teams Major infrastructure Operations

o Provide Reporting, Analysis and a return of experience following these major IT Production Operations (Lessons learned).

 

Ø IT Change Process and Procedures:

o Coordinate the overall process for managing procedures

o Contribute to the procedure’s status follow-up

o Maintain a complete and up-to-date inventory of documents within his/her scope

o Guarantee IT Change Operations fits with BNPP Process, Procedures and Best Practices

o Responsible for Change Tickets data quality for all CIB IT Production (change quality control)

 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Studies

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Desirable : ITIL V4 Strategic Leader (or equivalent).

  • Experience

IT Professional with strong IT Technical background to be able to understand IT technical speak and terminology for the IT whole stack (Expert)

Senior IT Professional with at least 6 years experience in international companies

  • Languages

Fluent English speaker and written fluent (B2/C1)

French spoken and written will be valued.
