In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our Data Governance Analyst.
MISSION The Data Governance Analyst (DGA) ensures that data is managed as a strategic asset across the organization. This includes defining, implementing, and monitoring data governance and privacy frameworks, ensuring alignment with local regulations, group-level policies, and supporting operational teams in applying these frameworks effectively. |
ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES · Applicative Data Dictionaries o Support the creation and maintenance of applicative data dictionaries aligned with the PF Business Data Dictionary and the Group Data Dictionary (GDD). o Ensure that business data elements (e.g., client segment, birth date) are properly defined, categorized, and flagged for criticality or confidentiality o Collaborate with IT and business teams to document data attributes, domains, and classifications using tools like Ab Initio · Inventory of Data Quality Controls o Maintain an inventory of data quality controls implemented across applications. o Ensure controls are documented, monitored, and aligned with the Data Controls Catalog (DCC) and group standards o Work with Data Quality Analysts and IT Officers to validate control effectiveness · Inventory of Data Flows o Document and maintain an inventory of data flows between systems and entities. o Assess confidentiality and classification of data in transit, including contextual and intrinsic confidentiality o Ensure inventories are updated annually and reviewed by data owners and security teams · Data Management & Privacy Framework Implementationo Define and adapt local procedures and policies for Data Management and Data Privacy, ensuring alignment with group-level directives (e.g., DG0056, DG0057) o Coordinate with the Group CDO and DPO to ensure consistency and compliance o Conduct Privacy Risk Assessments (e.g., ROPA – Records of Processing Activities) for services and applications managed locally o Collaborate with IT Risk Officers and Data Custodians to identify and mitigate risks · Controls and Accountabilityo Implement controls to ensure proper application of privacy principles such as data minimization, purpose limitation, and retention rules
· Governance & Collaborationo Participate in governance bodies such as Data Protection Committees, Data Management Boards, and IT Risk Committees o Coordinate with business lines, IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure holistic data governance o Organize and contribute to training sessions on data fundamentals, GDPR, and internal tools |
