Position Purpose

The BNP Paribas Fortis IT department is working in Agile mode, which offers a challenging and motivating environment where teams and employees are empowered to manage their own technical domain.  

 

·    Within the tribe IT Production Security, the squad Firewall & proxy Filtering Services is responsible for managing the firewalls& the proxies rules of the bank. The daily activities consist of validating the FW request, implementing new firewall rules, solving related incidents and putting secure solutions in place based on the business needs and security requirements.

 

Responsibilities

    You will participate in daily management of the ‘Tufin’ (Firewall) requests  

•    You will help solve incidents cause by firewall problems or security policies. 

•    You will contribute to project teams with your firewall technology experience.  

•    You will ensure that the firewall configurations stay in line with the BNP Paribas Fortis security policies and you will document them. 

•    You will manage all requests with respect of the security rules of the bank.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Mandatory: 

 

·    At least 5 years of relevant working experience

·    Experience with SNOW / or Tufin/ or Algosec

·    incident solving

·    Palo Alto or Fortinet

·    Experience in a firewall environment is highly appreceiated

o   Most mainframe system subsystems and their security (Spool, network, storage, SMF,…)

o   Public Key Infrastructure & the Mainframe CryptoCards

o   Unix System Service
