About the Role

We are looking for Customer Service Office with advanced French skills who can provide support to clients by phone and email in a professional, empathetic, and solutions‑oriented manner. You will be a key point of contact between the company and its clients, directly contributing to their satisfaction and to the organization’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
 * Managing customer requests (by phone and in writing) in French
 * Providing accurate information and effective solutions in line with internal procedures
* Maintaining a professional and customer‑oriented approach in all interactions
* Complying with established quality standards and security/confidentiality policies (GDPR)
 * Using work tools and applications accurately in daily activity
 * Contributing to the continuous improvement of the customers’ experience

 What we are looking for:
 * French language mandatory - proficient level (C1) 
 * English language - advanced level (B2)
* Strong communication and customer‑relation skills
* Solution‑oriented mindset and focus on customer satisfaction
 * Ability to handle dynamic volumes of activity
 * Attention to detail and compliance with internal procedures
 * Ability to work with deadlines and willingness to learn new things
 * Previous experience in customer service / call center is nice to have, but not mandatory
