We are the Infinity EMEA Finance & Strategy Platform, a regional hub delivering accounting, reporting, control, transformation and IT services for BNP Paribas. Based in Madrid and Lisbon, we support 500 employees and over 250 entities, covering more than 60 % of the Group’s balance sheet. Our purpose is to provide accurate financial data that drives the Bank’s strategic decisions.

🎯 MISSION
As a CIB RWA Analyst you will ensure the timely submission of RWA and financial‑resources reports for CIB and Group Management. You will own the analytical process, act as the single point of contact for all RWA reporting requirements, and lead initiatives that improve controls and system efficiency across the EMEA region.

📊 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform quarterly RWA analysis by business line and risk type, delivering insights to CIB Management.
• Conduct regulatory and internal reporting on financial resources, ensuring compliance with Group and CIB standards.
• Coordinate with Business, Regional Finance, ALMT, Performance Managers and Risk to gather data and align forecasts.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives, implement new controls, and support tool upgrades and user‑acceptance testing.

📚 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• You hold a degree in Finance, Mathematics or a related discipline; a master’s is a plus.
• You have 3–4 years of financial/risk or management‑accounting experience, preferably in banking or regulatory environments.
• You are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• You possess strong Tableau, Power BI and PERSEUS skills, excellent Excel expertise, and solid knowledge of balance‑sheet and performance‑indicator concepts.
