Within the entity The Tribe Artificial Intelligence aims to deliver an efficient and seamless banking experience for our customers and empower our employees through AI. Our expert team of approximately 90 experts includes Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Managers. We develop AI applications to address various business challenges, including virtual assistants to enhance client experiences, advanced AI tools to support employee efficiency and creativity, and automation to optimize internal processes.
We are seeking a Data Scientist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing AI applications, including both generative and predictive AI.
Position Purpose:
• You help us make better use of our data through collection, labeling, curation, structuring, and feature engineering to improve our models.
• You apply a range of analytical methods to answer business questions and improve our assets and models.
• You support the deployment of AI applications to production using a comprehensive tool stack (CI/CD pipeline, AirFlow, MlFlow, …) and help establish effective model monitoring, including tracking historical input and target data to detect drift.
• You help automate the modeling pipeline.
Responsibilities

• You support the deployment of AI applications to production using a comprehensive tool stack (CI/CD pipeline, AirFlow, MlFlow, …) and help establish effective model monitoring, including tracking historical input and target data to detect drift.
• You help automate the modeling pipeline.
Contributing Responsibilities
- • Work Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in the financial sector. Candidates with less experience may still be considered if they have strong academic credentials.
- • Data Management: You have strong hands-on experience with SQL, Pandas, Hadoop/Spark, and web scraping to prepare, structure, and make data usable for data science.
- • Data Science: You apply a broad range of analytical methods in both classical machine learning and generative AI, and you are familiar with a data-centric approach to building and improving AI solutions by combining code and data.
- • Programming language: You have extensive experience in programming with Python and contribute to deploying AI applications in production using a comprehensive stack of tool
Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Specific Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience along with Masters Degree - in IT, Computer related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in similar domain.
