About the Team
Arval IT is an international IT organization, with a workforce of around 1 000 internal and external professionals located in several countries (France, UK, Netherlands and other). As part of our sourcing strategy, we are expanding our nearshoring capabilities by establishing a new Arval Technical Center (ATC) in Poland, within an existing business operations shared service center (Arval Competence Center Warsaw, ACCW). This Arval Technical Center plays a strategic role in the development of digital expertise, and internalization of key competencies currently handled by external partners.
Arval Competence Center Warsaw is the latest initiative of the BNP Paribas group, which aims to develop competences and business services. Currently, ACCW employs over 90 people who, every day, in various languages, help Arval Group entities to efficiently serve Clients and Partners. In ACCW, solutions are being created that aim to streamline the customer and supplier verification processes. The center specializes, among others, in credit analyses and KYC analyses, and also performs tasks in the field of HR data administration and internal control.
The Offer & Quotation team defines, develops, and manages the offer catalog as well as the API layer that all Arval applications will gradually adopt to facilitate the end-2-end prospect onboarding flow. This is a new team that will merge capabilities from an existing solution and extend it to support the digital sales journeys across the Arval entities. The current team is based in Netherlands and France, and we are looking to extend the team while moving the main application management to Poland. Be a part of this exciting journey.
Duties - Responsibilities
Arval is developing a new application layer to manage the offers that we expose to our prospects, partners, and customers. This application layer exists in multiple applications and will be used by all our digital channels. To help build the core offer management capabilities for our digital channels, we are looking for a Mid Business Analyst that will help transform business needs into stories that our developers can implement.

Activities
THE MID BUSINESS ANALYST WILL BE INVOLVED IN SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES
Requirements & Solution Design
- Collaborate with IT PO & business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for ours.
- Work closely with developers to design and propose solutions that align with business objectives and leverage our already existing capabilities.
- Assist in designing content strategies and information architectures that are aligned with business goals and user experience best practices.
Documentation & Quality Assurance
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows to guide development efforts.
- Assist in creating test plans and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered implementations meet the specified business needs.
Post‑Deployment Support & Continuous Improvement
- Offer training and support to users on the application’s features and functionalities of post-deployment.
- Stay informed on AI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the solutions we provide.
