The role:

We are seeking an Analyst to become part of an innovative Real Estate team helping create better value for our clients, improving productivity and efficiency across the commercial real estate transaction teams in London. 

 

Key deliverables:

    Preparing complex valuations models and business cases

    Detailed cash flow analysis

    Working closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis.

    An understanding of excel modelling and investment measures

    Performing in-depth real estate and market analysis

    Due diligence collection and review

    Linking with the research department to present a clear picture of statistics and market trends  

    Comparable information tracking and collation

    Scenario / Sensitivity analysis

    Sense testing other financial models

    Creating pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.

    Analysis of potential and existing clients


Person specification

Essential experience:

    Highly numerate 

    Strong excel skills

    Articulate

    Culturally aware


Key skills: 

    Strong interest in the Commercial real estate.

    Commercially aware

    Willingness to work in a highly focused, collaborative, and team environment.

    Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented.

    An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.

    Team player 


Education:

    Would suit an applicant seeking an industrial placement year (post 2nd year University) or a newly graduated candidate
