Deputy Team Leader – Ownership Verification Team
As Deputy Team Leader in Ownership verification team you will be responsible for coordinating the daily work of the team and supporting Team Leader in they tasks. Deputy Team Leader you will organise the resources to meet the team and individual objectives you will be given. As Deputy Team Leader you will support the team with daily tasks when required. You will be taking part in regular and ad hoc calls with different parties. You will have a chance to actively take part in department projects/ meetings and be responsible to answering difficult queries when required.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Team Leader to manage members of Ownership Verification team to ensure high quality service delivery
- Supporting Team Leader in daily process control and oversight
- Supporting managerial controls to secure all the risk areas in the process
- Supporting team members on their carrier progression to develop the employees
- Supporting the recruitment of new employees to ensure on-boarding of good candidates
- Regulating the skill matrix for the team and propose action plan to improve the overall knowledge of the team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive results with initial managerial exposure will be ideal
- Fluency in English as working language (min. C1)- strong verbal and written communication
- Deep knowledge of the lifecycle of Derivative trades
- Understanding of managerial responsibilities and duties.
- Excellent organizational and time management habits with stress resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to motivate, train, and develop team members with an eye for recognizing and retaining key talents and high performers
- Strong feeling of responsibility for the given process
- Maturity, dedication, and a drive for continuous improvement
