Would you like to join our international team that delivers end-to-end solutions (applications and operations activities) to businesses of BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group entities around the world?

In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our Scrum Master.

As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:

·  To guarantee the method for the benefit of the Product 

o  Is the contact person for and oversees application of Agile values and principles within the squad 

o  Applies the Agile approach and coordinates or facilitates the necessary procedures, governance and ceremonies 

o  Supports continuous improvement through feedback or other initiatives to improve squad efficiency 

o  Supports and coaches the Squad and Product Owner in implementing the Agile framework, proposing tried and tested or innovative techniques for defining prioritising, developing and estimating, etc. 

o  Monitor and report on progress, ensuring timely delivery of product increments

·       As a facilitator: 

o  Ensures fluid, transparent, communication and promotes a positive atmosphere in the squad; leveraging appropriate tooling and governance

o  Supports and coaches the Product owner in managing the Backlog

o  Contributes and supports the governance required of the Squad from PMO or the wider organization

o  Lead and facilitate ceremonies, including planning daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives  

o  Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and facilitate a smooth workflow 

What we are looking for:

·  1 year experience as Scrum Master, and +2 years experience in agility, with technical background

·  ⁠Degree in technical field, ideally with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications

·  Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

·  ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence.

·  Ability to lead & motivate Agile and cross-functional teams

·  Ability to develop and adapt processes 

·  Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques 

·  Experience with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) 

·  Software Development roles and lifecycle 

·  Experience in the Finance or Insurance sector is a plus
