Who are we looking for?
- Education: Students of Master degree in Economics and similar;
- Behavioral skills: Ethical standards, teamwork and analytical approach; proactivity and problem-solving attitude; well organized and accurate; ability to communicate and listen; ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Technical skills: Fluent English (written and spoken); Strong analytical and presentation skills; Proficiency with MS Office
What will you do concretely?
The candidate joining BNP Paribas Home Banking Client Support team will mostly have to contribute to the administrative activities linked to the use by our institutional clients of our communication platform, Neolink. The role will therefore involve frequent interactions with them. To be able to effectively perform all the activities involved, he/she will receive full training from the other team members.
Main activities are:
- Support Clients during the management of Neolink users (creation, modification, deletion and password access set-up…);
- Manage subscription code creation (creating the request to Neolink admin, collecting the required documentation for the administrator and creating the KYC request);
- Support and manage the customization and scheduling of Neolink reports;
- Support possible global Neolink remediation that might be addressed to Milan team;
- Upon request raised by internal CIB2S teams, manage the creation, modification and deletion of cash, securities and funds accounts in Neolink;
- Contribute to solve Neolink clients’ issues, by making a first analysis of the problem in order to understand the possible cause, and by being the liaison between the clients and the Neolink central team;
- Managing clients’ requests (answering questions on the actual features of the platform, helping clients to set up new users and retrieving reports from the platform) which may come in either via email or phone
- Liaising with the other relevant teams of the bank to follow up on clients’ requests
- Training clients on the use of the platform
- Fulfilling the relevant administrative tasks linked to the use of the platform
Main activities
The Home Banking Client Support team looks after our institutional clients using our communication platform, Neolink. They have a key role by promptly following up to client requests and in general ensure a positive experience for the end users of the platform. This platform is used by our clients to communicate with and receive reporting from Securities Services.
