🎯 MISSION
You will protect and enhance the Office Printing environment for European clients, administer printing infrastructure, implement new solutions, manage incidentsand drive continuous improvement through automation and root‑cause analysis.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Administer and maintain the Office Printing Infrastructure for >10 000 users.- Implement printing solutions in new businesses and manage the full lifecycle.
• Resolve incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and apply preventive actions.
• Communicate status, escalations and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
• Automate processes with PowerShell and VBS scripting to improve efficiency.

💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in a multinational environment (≥10 000 users).
• Fluent English (B2/C); French is a plus.
• Proven Office Printing expertise and strong PowerShell/VBS scripting skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile or DevOps service‑delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a global, multicultural team.
