Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Client focused approach
  • Ability to collaborate
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Accountability and client servicing mindset
  • Highly motivated and engaged
  • English on advanced level (C1)
  • German language will be an asset
  • Good PC literacy and command of MS Office


Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating full setup and configuration of accounts and investment funds accross multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and operational readiness
  • Maintaining active communication with the client and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, providing updates, and resolving setup-related issues
  • Cooperating with operational teams to ensure dependencies, data points, and documentation are delivered on time for seamless implementation
  • Conducting detailed system validations and reconciliations to confirm correct setup prior to go-live, ensuring accountibility, process consistency, and transparent documentation through each event
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procedures for fund openings to ensure consistency, compliance, and smooth execution
  • Supporting fund closures and other lifecycle events, assisting in planning, execution, and system updated as required
