About the job

  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Analysts (AP/AR Analysts) are resources of the activity in Cost Accounting Operations (CAO) as integrating part of the teams, contributing for the roll out of the every day business
  • The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Analyst can develop his/her activity in the different CAO teams and shall perform his/her activity according to the procedures in place
  • As member of the AP/AR Team, depending on your expertise your main activities will be to ensure correct booking of invoices

Your Main Activities Are

  • Generate and control payment proposals
  • Perform Bank Reconciliations and payment reconciliation with invoices and bank statements including exception handling
  • Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, Value-Added-Tax (VAT) rate, Cost Centre, Purchase Order)
  • Identify, complete and request missing information
  • Analyse and communicate discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices
  • Issue outgoing invoices (order To cash)
  • Perform controls in line with corporate procedures and control plan

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Management 
  • Relevant experience as accounting officer 
  • Knowledge of VAT
  • Knowledge of System Applications and Products (SAP) as accounts payable with advanced knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) and accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system application
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail/rigor
  • Ability to synthetize/simplify and to give feedbacks to peers
  • Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
  • Good communication skills, proactive attitude and problem solving
