With over 100 professionals, we deliver bank guarantees, documentary products and comprehensive client‑billing services. Our focus is operational excellence and risk control for BNP Paribas’s trade finance activities in Europe.

🚀 MISSION
As a Fees & Accounting Control Team Manager, you will ensure the highest level of operational risk control while optimizing resource utilization. You will lead the Fees and Accounting Control team, guarantee accurate invoice generation, commission management and cash reconciliation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Service Centre.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and develop a specialist team, handling organization, appraisals and succession planning.
• Oversee fee calculation, invoice generation and client billing to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Manage bank commission claims, payments and cash reconciliation processes.
• Conduct month‑end account reconciliation, certification and reporting of key performance indicators.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and drive cross‑functional projects to improve processes and mitigate risks.

🔎 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in finance or operational control, preferably within trade finance.
• Strong accounting knowledge and expertise in fee and commission management.
• Ability to design optimisation solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, autonomous and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
