BNP Paribas is launching the second edition of its Mentoring Programme which aims to take students on a learning journey with an experienced Mentor from BNP Paribas. The program will have the duration of 4 months, starting off in February 2025, and will allow students to define and accomplish certain career-focused goals and take part in other activities at BNP Paribas' offices.

Our BNP Paribas' Mentors are professionals with leadership and management experience from various different areas!

Through our special 'Match & Pair' technique, you will be able to be paired to a Mentor that matches your interests and future professional goals, to make this experience even more meaningful.

What do you need to get onboard?

• Be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Be motivated and want to expand your knowledge
• Have great communication skills and be open to new ideas
