About the job:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the Pay Out, Customer Services and Collections & Recovery teams.

Your Main Activities Are: 

• Manage and motivating the team in accordance with the objectives
• Manage the proper and timely activation of contracts by ensuring adequate service levels to the SLAs established with the Partnerships
• Ensure effective telephone answering and processing of all requests from customers, suppliers and partners, ensuring adequate service and quality levels for established SLAs
• Manage credit recovery by ensuring defined processes and target success rates
• Manage and monitoring all legal proceedings with the External Lawyers and proposing contracts for the transfer of losses
• Maintain a privileged relationship with key partners
• Manage external service providers (including insurance companies)
• Ensure the maintenance of updated service procedures and carrying out first-level controls
• Ensure fulfilment of all Financial Security responsibilities relevant to the function
• Participate in international communities of the different areas of operations
• Prepare monthly reports for the operations committees
• Ensure Quality of the Data produced and controlled in the department
• Ensure and promote compliance with BNP Paribas Code of Conduct
• Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer

Profile and Skills to Success: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics or other relevant fields
• Experience in leading operational teams
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required
• Skills:
