CIB Client Engagement and Protection IT (CEP IT) has focus on applications servicing Client Lifecycle management, Due Diligence /KYC , Customer Relation Management, Service Request Management, Referential and Data Quality, Transaction monitoring, Reconciliation, Data Platforms, and Anti-Money Laundering. Technologies being used include Java, .NET, Angular, Informatica, PowerBI, Fenergo, Siebel, Actimize, Camunda, Drools on private cloud infrastructure. Agile and DevSecOps practices are widely used. Landscape includes projects that are a mix of established and some under transition to new platforms. |

Within Client Engagement & Protection IT, we seek a seasoned lead for the CIO office – Business Management function in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for the operational, strategic, financial, and governance functions supporting the CIO office and wider IT leadership of CEP IT. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to liaison with senior leadership in India and Paris to support services and own & drive strategic topics. This role is a permanent member of the CEP IT ISPL EXCO. | |||||||
