Operational Permanent Controller
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor degree or higher in Finance/ Economics/ Business,
- Experience in the field of Accounting/Audit/Permanent Control
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Permanent Controller, Accounting specialist or similar role,
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, audit techniques,
- Good knowledge of English and basic knowledge of French,
- Good knowledge of basic IT tools (MS Office XL, MS Powerpoint, …)
- Experience in the use of advanced accounting systems. Knowledge of Oracle R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials is a plus.
- Ability to work in an international environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to respond to situations using rational decision-making, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Good analytical and synthetical skills, conscientiousness, accuracy,
- Efficient time management and organizational skills.

- Identification and assessment of risks and controls (RCSA)
- Controls, control libraries
- Organization and management of procedures
- Management of potential incidents
- Management of historical incidents
- Follow-up of findings, recommendations (Internal and external audit) and permanent control actions
- Training and advisory
