About the job

  • To actively contribute to pursue BNP Paribas’ Recruitment strategy and growth for Portugal. To ensure an effective Recruitment delivery to the Group’s Business Areas at local level, by sourcing the right talent through external communication, namely ensuring regular dialogue and permanent engagement with both partners and candidates and managing BNP Paribas’ participation in Recruitment events and public presentations, while acting as advisory partner and respecting the highest ethical and conduct standards at all moments.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Leading the full cycle of the implementation of Recruitment and Employer Branding communication, proposing and bringing to practice creative and innovative Recruitment-oriented Marketing strategies to improve BNP Paribas’ attractiveness in the market.
  • Nurturing long-term relationships and solid engagement with different internal and external stakeholders: BNP Paribas’ Central Services, BNP Paribas’ Business Areas, BNP Paribas’ Recruitment Team, Career Offices, Embassies and Consulates, Professional Associations, External Providers and others.
  • In liaison with the Comms Team, preparing and disclosing in-house events, contests and Recruitment Marketing materials. Also, representing BNP Paribas in Recruitment events at Schools/Universities or other external entities.
  • Publishing and monitoring job adverts’ performance on Universities’ web platforms and websites of other external partners, while keeping an open dialogue with Candidates in the sourcing stage of the process, assisting them regarding BNP Paribas’ career opportunities and ensuring the best Candidate experience, promoting BNP Paribas’ reputation as a great place to work.
  • Keeping the latest and most complete information related to Recruitment and talent sourcing events to ensure the traceability of Campus and Sourcing Relations activities’ results.
  • Researching new events and Recruitment Market trends, following BNP Paribas’ Digital and Innovation strategy.

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Masters degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or related field
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Recruitment or other HR roles
  • Knowledge of Human Resources
  • Experience using Applications Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
  • Communication skills - oral & written
  • Ability to develop and leverage on networks
