ABOUT THE JOB
Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced RPA Hub Leader to join our development team in Madrid.
You will be responsible for leading the team of RPA developers, Technical Leader and Process Engineer to ensure the development of robots to the required time and quality.
You will lead the team to design, develop and implement innovative automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. Collaborating with multiple countries and cross-functional teams to deliver high quality automations.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader of developers with experience of process management and delivering change.
Responsibilities
* Creation and implementation of the RPA strategy for the hub aligned with the Corporate vision
* Lead the team to ensure the design and development of robots in the required time and quality, providing regular status updates to stakeholders of all levels.
* Coordination and cooperation with process owners to understand the current state and subsequent design of the RPA solution focusing on reusability.
* Solving everyday problems that occur during the implementation of robotic processes, provision of solution and remedy.
* Lead the RPA community (within the countries consuming RPA from Madrid)
* Animate the G4 RPA board with support from the Head of Corporate RPA
* Support in the maintenance of RPA infrastructure, securing the Blueprism versioning as specified by Corporate.
* Reporting of the status of robot pipeline, planning new bots, changes and hotfixes aligned with country priorities.
* Allocation of work for developers.
* Active cooperation with business and local country process engineers to obtain new ideas for automation
* Communication with external suppliers
* Continuous improvement of the developed processes, increasing the technical maturity of bots
* Participation in the development and improvement of internal control mechanisms for quality assurance
Maintain thorough documentation of processes and workflows (SDD)
* Collaborate with stakeholders and IT applications to ensure seamless integration of changes
* Maintain a current knowledge of RPA and related technology trends
Experience
* Successful delivery of business transformation, process management or IT projects
* Strong stakeholder management
* Passion for the use of technology
* Previous experience of leading a team of developers
* You must be able to speak English fluently
* Effective planning and organisation skills
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated in previous roles.
* Previous technical experience with RPA tools (Advantage)
