About the job

  • The Tax and Incomes Officer's main mission is to be responsible for financial events capture, tracking files setup creation, determine the economic structure of eligible positions such as buy or sell, Stock Loans and Repos whilst coordinating impacts across the different business lines and products affected and ensuring reconciliations across key dates until payment and receipts reconciled for accounting purposes


Your Main Activities Are

  • Follow and capture events announcements across all markets
  • Analyse terms and transmit summary notifications to trading or clients
  • Keep on enriching relations with the business lines representative and network agents
  • Respect any timeline and deadline cutoffs
  • Control books and records at the different stages of events and until pay date
  • Follow and report any outstanding items such as deposit breaks or cash breaks
  • Keep on documenting all procedures in place to stick market and process evolutions
  • Contribute in all control plan protocols according to local operational risk policies
  • Contribute in precision and accuracy of activity metrics and escalate any relevant problem or success to management, on a continuous basis


Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, accounting or any related field
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience in Banking and Financial Operations
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel
  • Great team spirit with a committed and proactive approach
  • Great organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and cope with pressure
  • Great analytical abilities with a problem-solving approach
