About the job

  • The Cash Investigations Team Leader will manage team resources while supervising responsibilities handled by the team to guarantee the smooth functioning of the activity. The team leader will also ensure that productivity, quality and risk management are dully handled while managing relationships with different stakeholders

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support the team members in managing teams' tasks, solve escalating issues, and report incidents. Define together with the team members the necessary support for daily activities
  • Ensure that tasks are coordinated to a high quality and service level
  • Contribute to the process of people management in line with the career path defined with the Operations Manager
  • Manage and follow people engagement and development. Anticipate team and activity management needs with the teams, in order to be able to address mobility with the due anticipation whenever possible
  • Define Team member’s objectives in line with the department strategy and together with the manager (local and activity) and perform regular objectives reviews
  • Deal with client issues escalated by the team and share it with management when appropriate
  • Contribute to the definition and performance of the necessary controls for activity in order to ensure that the envisaged activity is delivered to a high quality standard
  • Participate in new projects and contribute to the development of client relationships
  • Produce and deliver the necessary reports and KPI related to the work and the team
  • Share information and initiatives with the teams (in team meetings or events)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting
  • At least 3 years of Experience in Banking and Financial Operations
  • Knowledge in Operations and Processes - Transaction processing and data capture
  • Knowledge in Risk Management 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English 
  • Attention to detail/rigor
  • Decision Making
  • Ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment
  • Ability to develop others & improve their skills
