Position Purpose:
The Site Reliability Engineer will be the engineering “glue” that guarantees the stability, performance, and scalability of our mission‑critical services. By blending software development best practices with deep operations expertise, you will design and operate resilient platforms that enable rapid product delivery while meeting stringent availability and security targets.

- Integrate security controls (IAM, secret management, encryption) into the SRE workflow.
- Ensure auditability and adherence to regulatory standards (ISO‑27001, SOC‑2, GDPR).
- Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to translate reliability requirements into concrete design patterns.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead post‑mortems, and champion a blameless culture.
