About the job

  • The Human Capital team is a Talent Management Team, that works closely with other Human Resources (HR) stakeholders to create impactful career and competencies development opportunities. We design innovative initiatives, organize engaging events, and craft strategic communication plans to inspire and empower employees at every stage of their career journey. Our mission is to unlock potential, foster continuous learning and shape the future of talent within the organization


Your Main Activities Are

  • Help the team in organizing events and initiatives focused on internal staff's career and competencies development
  • Support the development of communications strategies and prepare relevant materials (presentations, newsletters, etc)
  • Maintain and update documentation in Excel, ensuring data accuracy and organization
  • Monitor the team email inbox  
  • Contribute with creative ideas to enhance events and communication initiatives
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders across the Bank to smooth event execution and communication flow
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the team, ensuring a seamless coordination of activities
  • Suggest innovative solutions to improve engagement and impact for different initiatives


Profile and Skills to Success

  • Masters degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of Human Resources 
  • Knowledge of Assessment/evaluation
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
  • Communication skills - oral & written
  • Ability to develop and leverage on networks
