As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally.
Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. We are an exciting, dynamic, and growing operations centre; therefore, we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion of BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of financial markets and alternative investment funds (private equity / private capital); real estate knowledge is a plus,
- Experience in client-facing roles with a strong focus on service quality and SLA adherence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes, as well as define and monitor KPIs
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of eFront FIA/FIR is an advantage
- Fluency in English (minimum B2) and French (minimum C1)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates private capital services covering Fund’s position-keeping, record-keeping and accounting activities to ensure deadlines are respected.
- Reviews existing processes and controls within the department in order to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements and propose system enhancements.
- Acts as a key of contact for certains clients in case of operational incidents, and is reponsible for the investigation, post-mortem and timely reporting of incidents in order to implement preventative measures and mitigate impact on clients.
- Escalates client complaints and operational issues with relevant teams in accordance with global guidelines to ensure timely response and resolution.
- Maintains relationship with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective information exchange.
