Team Leader Private Capital Liabilities with French

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the Team result at the level expected by different counterparts.
• Ensuring the staff training and readiness to complete the task.
• Ensuring the good atmosphere and the equilibrium of the team.
• Being the point of contact for management in case of escalation and questions.
• Ensuring the development of the team, the follow-up of the projects and the strategic vision.
• Ensuring the Risk and Compliance framework and the procedure framework.
• Ensuring the Cost Management and the administrative management of the team.

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum of experience in Finance and/or TA.
• Proven experience on a managerial path.
• Fluency in French and English (min. B2 level).
• Interest in banking operations.
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of FIR/eFront will be an asset.
• Accuracy and Quality focus approach.
