About Business line/Function:

CDLBLM is a Liquidity Management application under Core Banking. The application is a petal of AT2 and is responsible for all Liquidity Management operations like Cash Pooling, Deposits, Loans and Billing. This application is involved in directly working on client balances and is responsible for providing monetary benefits in terms of interests, bonus interests, reduced penalties, reduced billing rates etc. to the client.

Position Purpose

The role is for a Senior Software Engineer with experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs who works equally well as an individual or as part of a team.

Direct Responsibilities

The role is for a Senior Software Engineer with experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs who works equally well as an individual or as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Application Development and Maintenance & support experience. The candidate must have past experience of working as a part of large Development / Support team.

The role will also involve all aspects of the Application development, M&E activities and to provide L3 support ticket resolutions. The candidate should have an understanding of full software life cycle (SDLC) as well as Agile Methodology.

Previous experience within the investment-banking sector is not essential but will be an added advantage

 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

 

            Excellent Knowledge & Understanding of COBOL, UNIX, SQL.

            Good Knowledge of Unix Server environment & platforms

            Good Knowledge & Understanding of CICS, Oracle DB, PL-SQL.

            Flair for learning new tools & technology

            Knowledge of AUTOSYS, JIRA and ServiceNow will be an added advantage
