Your Role
Join the Climate Alignment and Analytics (C2A) department, made up of sector experts and data scientists, and contribute to the sustainable transformation of the banking sector. You will support the Global Banking front office in guiding our clients towards a low-carbon economy, steering financing towards a net zero trajectory by 2050. You will work closely with the Low Carbon Transition Group and lead the project to measure the alignment of the credit portfolio with the Group’s climate objectives.
Within the cross-functional C2A Data Analytics team (Group Engagement & CIB), you will develop innovative methodologies and industrialize the review processes for the sectors with the highest greenhouse gas emissions (oil & gas, power generation, automotive, real estate, steel, shipping, aviation, etc.). You will also support the deployment of the commercial strategy for each of these sectors.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct sector alignment analyses.
- Develop and continuously improve sector methodologies and their documentation.
- Adapt and enhance simulation programs to integrate new methodological options.
- Model missing data and propose innovative solutions.
- Participate in the industrialization of the GoNetZero project.
- Design and improve an internal application (interactive dashboard) dedicated to sector climate alignment measurements.
- Collaborate with sector specialists to simulate portfolio impacts, refine indicators and analyses, and provide your data expertise.
- Contribute to the team’s cross-functional projects.
You will be based in Aubervilliers, in modern offices accessible by public transport. Remote work is possible up to 50% of the time, depending on the team’s organization.

Do You Have the Profile?
Yes, if you have a Master’s degree (engineering school, university, or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in Data Analytics, with proven skills in Python programming. Previous experience with climate-related topics would be an asset. You are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills, show initiative, and enjoy collaboration. You communicate easily both in writing and orally. This position requires fluency in both French and English.
