MIX OVRK Team Leader

 
 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in Shared Service Center / Finance / Corporate Banking / Fund Services / Operations 
  • Knowledge of Private Capital market and fund industry will be a strong asset 
  • Proven previous leadership experience 
  • Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1 level)  
  • Knowledge of eFront platform will be a strong asset 
  • Client oriented approach 
  • Flexibility and ability to act on several processes at the same time 
  • Positive attitude, adaptability and ability to maintain motivation in a changing environment 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Proactivity and “can do” approach, focus on providing solutions 

 
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversees team resources to ensure seamless handling of fluctuations in transaction volume, client onboarding, maintaining service excellence throughout 
  • Oversees client technical & operational inquiries and manages operational changes                       
  • Facilitates cooperation with stakeholders to align efforts and resources           
  • Builds strong staff engagement by promoting and supporting company values, developing and coaching team members                         
  • Oversees assigned projects and maintains ongoing communication with relevant stakeholders                             
  • Establishes, formalizes and enhances controls and procedures to mitigate risk. 
  • Manage and organize team meetings, regular feedback sessions to staff, twice yearly appraisals, recruitment, incident review meetings, ACE and improvement brainstorming, strong industrial training induction for new staff, succession planning and career development 
  • Ensure constructive, open communication and learning culture is established in relation to errors and incidents. 
  • Proactively reacts on coming problems/difficulties, propose solutions with “can do” attitude and escalates when needed
