Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Change & Implementation Management.
We are expanding our team to assist with the onboarding of new clients & ongoing projects within the Shareholder Services/Transfer Agency (TA) group. This group will be a team of highly skilled TA professionals with experience in operations, onboarding & TA projects. The team will represent operations and be a key stakeholder/ driver of major projects. The role is best suited to someone with excellent communication skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change. The team will work with Product, external stakeholders, IT, clients, operations and management to ensure smooth transition of clients to our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as a BCIM Transitions Manager are to work with multiple teams across the business onboarding new clients in a fast-paced environment & roll out other projects to help implement change into the business.
More specifically, you will be required to:
- Lead end‑to‑end client onboarding for alternative‑investment funds, coordinating TA, IT, product and external‑partner teams.
- Drive TA project delivery by creating and maintaining run‑books, monitoring milestones, and ensuring ≥ 95 % on‑time go‑live.
- Facilitate workshops (internal & client‑facing) to capture requirements, resolve blockers, and align expectations.
- Develop clear documentation – BRDs, user stories, risk logs – and keep all stakeholders updated via concise status reports.
- Identify and mitigate risks early; raise escalations with appropriate senior owners and track closure.
- Conduct operational‑readiness assessments and certify that production environments meet ISAE 3402 and internal SLA standards prior to launch.
- Conduct thorough business process reviews pinpointing any workflows that need modification, consolidation, or elimination.
- Partner with Business Change & Operations to propose and implement process improvements, targeting at least one efficiency gain per quarter.
- Support post‑go‑live – act as the escalation point for the first 30 days, ensuring smooth transition to operations.
Qualifications & Experience required for this role
- 5+ years in Transfer Agency/Investor Services operations (mandatory).
- Hands‑on experience with mutual funds & hedge. (mandatory)
- Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end client onboarding and project implementation in a fast‑paced environment. (mandatory)
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills. (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet strict SLAs. (mandatory)
- Knowledge of NTASWeb and/or KURE (nice to have).
- AML / regulatory compliance experience. (nice to have)
- Exposure to private‑capital funds. (nice to have)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks (user‑story creation, backlog grooming). (nice to have)
Short term travel to BNPP offices within Europe and potentially further afield may be required.
