Job description :
Key Responsibilities
- To market EQD solution/product to distribution/institution clients in South Korea.
- To cover distribution business in Korea and foster a new business development across asset class on top of Business-As-Usual.
- To co-work with/support senior team members for further growth in institutional business franchise.
- To focus on an industrialization of the distribution business platform including automation, database dev for market issuance data, etc.
- To comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines for the business activities with high standards.
- To contribute to control environment in the team for business operation and risk management and to timely reporting of all incidents to a respective manager and relevant departments
Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)
- Min 3++yr relevant experience and good understanding on derivatives & structured product
- Solid client relationship
- Detail-oriented and hard-working personality
- Good verbal/written communication skill both in Korean and English
- Self-driven, solution-solving mindset
