Your daily responsibilities:
- Support the evaluation and analysis of potential investment opportunities
- Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and detailed financial analyses
- Develop internal and external presentations, as well as decision memos for investment committees
- Conduct market, location, and property due diligence analyses
- Coordinate and support due diligence processes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Liaise with fund management, asset management, and development departments to ensure alignment
- Communicate effectively with advisors, property owners, and brokerage firms
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
Are you our next Intern Transactions (f/m/d)?
- Advanced studies in a business-related or economics-oriented field, ideally with a focus on real estate or finance
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
- Strong analytical and structured approach to work
- Team-oriented with high levels of commitment and motivation
- Ability to work independently and meticulously on tasks
