Position Purpose

The CIB IT Continuity Officer (ICO) is part of the global CIB IT continuity team. He/she reports to the global CIB ICO and provide support to CIB CISOs.

 

Responsibilities

The ISPL IT Continuity Officer (ICO) is part of the ITIP ISPL IT continuity team.

H            He/she has the following responsibilities:

· Manages and organizes IT Continuity Steering Committee

· Ensures compliance with Group requirements pertaining to IT continuity

· Gather IT continuity needs with BCOs.

· Consolidates and maintains the list of critical IT assets, jointly with BCOs and respective IT asset owners

· Deploys and maintains appropriate IT continuity framework for existing IT assets and projects

· Raises awareness and organizes IT continuity training.

· Organizes and monitors regular exercise plans

· Prepares IT continuity reporting including results from exercises and controls

· Ensure coordination with the Business Continuity Officer(s) to gather IT continuity needs stated by entities

· Ensure compliance with IT continuity requirements

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Essential skills

Expertise on IT Continuity (Disaster Recovery, IT Resilience) and IT architecture

Expertise on risk management principles (risk analysis, risk acceptance, exception request, remediation plan,

Knowledge of the banking sector would be a plus

Good understanding of governance related matters and familiar with reporting principles

Assist ITRO or CISO for IT continuity steering

Assist on Regulatory reporting with regards to IT Continuity scope.

Ensure coordination with the Business Continuity Officer(s) to gather IT continuity needs stated by entities

Consolidate and maintain the list of critical IT assets of the entity, jointly with the Business Continuity Officers concerned

Deploy and maintain the appropriate IT continuity framework for existing IT assets (portfolio) and entity projects, IT Development and IT Production

Assist on LIVE Play & datacenter DR drill.

Raise awareness and train players in his/her area of responsibility

Ensure compliance with IT continuity requirements

Account for collecting and recording compliance evidence

Monitor implementation of solutions chosen

Organize and monitor regular exercise plans

Prepare IT continuity reporting of the entity including results from exercises and controls

Provide Level 2 support to CIB community (BCO, ICO, CISO, ITRO,…)
