We are excited to announce that our flagship female event the NextGen Women in Finance Day “Volume 4” will take place on January 21st, 2026.

Through the last three Volumes, a lot of female talents secured internships and career opportunities for 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Building on the success of the previous years, this year’s event will once again provide you with first-hand insights into different career paths at BNP Paribas (speed intros of departments, dedicated break-out sessions with departments…) and equip you with impulses as to how to best possibly break into the industry (panels, speeches…). Moreover, you will have the unique opportunity to personally connect with BNP Paribas colleagues, building relationships that could spark the beginning of your career in finance.
