JOB CONTENT
Role Description and Purpose
Providing support in maintaining Company’s compliance and promoting compliance awareness within all staff members, managing and reducing Compliance risks associated with the business process within the assigned compliance area and implementing the defined key job descriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- To implement of agreed internal / group policies and procedures on certain Compliance topics;
- To implement the assigned assurance programs and contributing to manage audit or closing audit recommendations;
- To monitor investment compliance of the portfolios including to maintain compliance rules and coding into compliance system;
- To manage and execute Compliance’s defined projects;
- To prepare necessary reporting to relevant authorities and stakeholders;
- To perform research on certain compliance related topics.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years professional experience, exposures in the following sectors would be a plus point: asset management, capital market, internal audit, data protection;
- Minimum Bachelor degree at any major;
- Holds active WMI license would be a plus point;
- Strong exposure or interest in regulatory and policies comprehension;
- Strong exposure or interest in data mining and/or analytic;
- Project Management skill / experience;
- Fluent in English both oral and writing.
