About the job


  • Officer in charge of the operationalisation of the data Factory. You are positioned into the Lisbon data office. You will work on projects in collaboration with businesses and IT data teams. On top of your business skills, you need to have appetite for Tech to navigate into the Data Factory



Your Main Activities Are


  • Governance : coordinate to define Test strategy with all contributors (IT& Business)
  • Ensuring Octone set-up : structure, test organization, defects management, etc.
  • Ensuring Tests Coverage & conformity with processes for all tests
  • Review release scope, and ensure tests’ coverage with contributors
  • Facilitate the tests preparation and execution
  • Manage the test planning, ensure all conditions are met, follow dependencies (infrastructure, environments, data and people)
  • Check progress in Jira Board and Octane
  • Ensure Tests Reporting (daily and weekly) and follow-ups during all the release. Ensure intermediary and final test reports sign-off for the GO of the release into production rollout.
  • Highlight risks identified by the testing processes
  • Capacity to execute tests if needed
  • Ensure improvement loop Defects/Incidents/Problems/Support : Actions on testing
  • Able to assist other team members in adopting and implementing good practices in testing.
  • Incident management level 3 of the data factory
  • Being able to capture data into the data factory for ad hoc requests

 


Profile and Skills to Success


  • Business Analyst background
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork.
  • Rigorous and proactive
  • Ability to lead and coordinate
  • Very good knowledge of Octane and JIRA
  • Good technical skills such SQL
  • Good knowledge of testing concepts such as test definition, test pyramid, and good practices around testings
  • Knowledge of KPI metrics related to tests
  • Experience of working into Agile methodology
