Our team is an internal management consultancy team with a unique positioning within Global Banking métier. It offers a credible alternative to external leading consulting firms. You will partner with senior executives to deliver impactful solutions, and to create sustainable value. 

We have an inclusive team composed of 25 persons based in Paris and Lisbon, regrouping a dozen nationalities with a well-balanced gender ratio. We are a melting pot of diversified and complementary profiles from banking and consulting backgrounds, allowing to drive innovative thinking.

We manage a project portfolio with a global reach of impactful missions ranging from supporting Global Banking transformation (business growth, organisational re-design & operating model, operational excellence, ESG), to driving innovation (data, digital and GenAI).

We cover the full project value chain from framing, diagnosis and delivery of pragmatic recommendations to designing effective implementation and enabling change. We also manage end-to-end projects i.e. Front-to-Operations-to-IT-to Finance projects.

Concretely your daily life within P4P? 

Being at the heart of Global Banking transformation, you will have an unrivaled level of access and exposure to Global Banking most senior management. Your key responsibilities will be to:

Accompany your sponsor as a trusted advisor by managing and developing solid working relationship with him/her to be in good position to understand and solve his/her most important challenges, stakes and objectives. 

Develop network and intimacy with clients and stakeholders (building upon credibility and reliability) while promoting P4P to enhance our brand image.

Contributes to project framing, takes full ownership and leadership to manage projects (or assigned streams) while ensuring the highest quality work and delivering breakthrough results

Lead client meetings and workshops, and prepare decision-making material for senior executives within Global Banking ecosystem to be discussed during operational/steering committees.

Manage/coach one or more junior PM’s and in which case would define and/or contribute to the definition of the junior PM’s objectives 

Have an internal consulting posture, forging your own convictions and sharing them with key stakeholders, demonstrating rigor, pro-activity, good communication & presentation skills, result driven & servicing mindset

Contribute to generate a positive, collaborative and motivating spirit within the team, and develop game-changing ideas.

The profile we are looking for

Education, Qualifications and Training: A Master’s Degree from a top-tier institution.

Experience: 7-12 or more years of experience in top-tier consulting firm in organization with a proven track record within Corporate & Investment Banking areas.

Work Based Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (notably MS PowerPoint & Excel); result driven with the capacity to simplify & be concise; Highly experienced in project & change management tools & methodologies; and Fluent in written & spoken English and French.

Behavioral Competencies: A team player with a constructive and collaborative mindset, with curiosity and proactivity to tackle challenging problems, and an ability to be impactful with excellent analytical and communication skills.
