Position Purpose

This position is supporting the local CyberArk team and application owners/developers in the German territory with PAM activities according to the framework of the ITGP Production Security team. This includes technical advice, Onboarding/Offboarding accounts, users and bug fixing. The work will be provided for multiple entities in the German territory of BNPP, starting with PI and PF. 

Responsibilities

· Work actively on the CPM Plugin Issues.

· Good Knowledge on PSM Web Dispatchers/Connectors

· Effective Management in Onboarding/Offboarding of Accounts.

· Good Understanding on Safe & Platform Management.

· Exposure to ENE, Notification Engine and LDAP, Reporting and Auditing.

Contributing Responsibilities

· Contribute to L2/L3 support and to weekends and night supports (on calls) based on a calendar shared with the rest of the team.

· Contribute and collaborate to further automate tasks for the deployment and inventory control of hardware and software.

· Contribute to the design and implementation of the CyberArk infrastructure which includes installation and configuration of CyberArk various components (CPM, PSM, Vault and PVWA)

· Review and Update Security SOPs / Security architecture diagram

• Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

a) Knowledge of CyberArk principles and Infrastructure.

b)      Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows Servers, UNIX Servers, Databases and networking Devices; Experience in LDAP directory structures preferably CA Directory

c)       Experience with Windows/ UNIX platforms in large heterogeneous environment.

d)      Basic understanding of high-availability (HA) and failover implementations for network infrastructure and server systems.

e) Should have good analytical and logical reasoning skills.

f)        Good knowledge of CyberArk principles and Governance

g)       Understanding typical Enterprise Change Management processes

h)      Fluent in English language (verbal, reading and writing)
