About the job
- The Project Manager's mission is to facilitate and ensure the success of projects while striving for the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and associated tools and techniques
Your Main Activities Are
- Drive the Procure to pay (P2P) process & tools implementation within the business:
• Be the point of contact between the group MOA and the business working to ease the implementation of the Procure to Pay process;
• Lead part of the deployment (kick-off, gap-analysis, UAT, trainings etc.) in coordination with the rest of the project team.
• Have administration & support actions (trainings, tickets management etc.) and work on a day-to-day basis with the dedicated support team (based in India & Portugal)
• Prepare Reports, conduct data analysis and controls
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Information Technology and Computer Science
- Up to 2 years experience in Project Management, Consulting or other related areas
- Fluency in English is required
- Expertise in Office Pack (Excel and Powerpoint)
- Ability to deliver/Results drive
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Ability to manage a project
- Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training
- Ability to understand, explain and support change

Our objective is to implement the Procure to Pay process, based on a procurement tool and a harmonized process within Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) worldwide.
