Administration Office Coordinator 



 Requirements:

  • bachelor / master’s degree (preferred in Business Administration/Legal/Management/ or similar)
  • fluent written and spoken use of Polish and English
  • previous experience in office/ administration management (min. 2-3 years)
  • good planning skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • attention to details, analytical skills and tenacity to get things done
  • proactive and problem-solving approach
  • willingness to learn and develop
  • very good knowledge of MS Office
  • ability to use multitasking skills
  • communication skills & client focus



 Responsibilities:

  • Supervising of correspondence handling, 
  • Monitoring of offices supplies orders and deliveries, 
  • Ensuring of administrative and technical support for employees, 
  • Coordination of local documents archiving and shredding process,
  • Cooperation with the building technical services,
  • Participation in the office rearrangements and relocations projects,
  • Ensuring the safety of our employees in the event of disaster and on a regular basis
  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of the delivered tasks
