Position Purpose: 

Within the CIO Office, the quality and process referent (QPR) contributes to the reduction of the risks of execution of main IT programs and projects (V model projects or Agile opus) and is force of proposal on the associated remediation plans.

The QPR has a portfolio of projects portfolio; he must be able to adapt according to project constraints and be able to carry out his restitutions within the expected deadlines. It supports the IT staff in the proper application of BNP Paribas Cardif IT method (framework called "My Way" based on IT processes, applicable worldwide) in a context to evolving towards an Agile@Scale organizational model.

This position offers the opportunity to know main BNP Paribas Cardif business challenges via major programs and therefore to discover the different insurance businesses / products.

 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Realization of quality reviews on a projects portfolio according to BNP Paribas Cardif methodology. The aim is to ensure that the projects are carried out in accordance with the Group and BNP Paribas Cardif IT governance rules.

·       Support for the IT Teams in the application of ”My way”.

 

Contributing Responsibilities

·       Conduct awareness sessions on ”My way” in pairs with one of the team members

·       Contribute to the continuous improvement of ”My way”, standardizing the Group's and BNP Paribas Cardif's IT processes and providing the necessary documentary models

·       Develop ”My way” using a continuous improvement approach, 

·       Be the backup of BNP Paribas Cardif operational referent for the JIRA and Confluence tools with regard to Group interlocutors and BNP Paribas Cardif IT organization (analysis of change requests, support users on the tools, proactive in the use of APIs…).
