In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our Business Process Specialist – CAMUNDA.
Mission:
RHAPSODY (Global Automated International Application) is the PF Workflow as a Service platform, based on Camunda 8 technology and we are creating a Center of Expertise to provide enablement, technical frameworks, training, and guidance so that PF entities can, by themselves, design, deliver, execute, monitor, and perform process automation analytics.
This mission takes place within the “CoE - Business Process Specialist role”.
Main responsibilities:
1. “Build/Change” phase
- Elaborate how-to best practices documents for process modelling (web modeler and BPMN).
- Elaborate how-to best practices documents & starter kits templates for process analytics (Optimize).
- Design the reports, KPI’s and Dashboards needed for IT & Business owners to follow the platform usage/performance and to prepare countries invoices.
- "On-demand” (of entities) and based on capacity availability, co-author process models, together with the newly on-boarded entities business analysts (in order to ensure using best practices and to have an initial knowledge transfer to the entity).
2. Business as usual
- Follow-up & ensure usage of best practices (process modelling & analytics).
- Process design patterns subject matter expert for: Central functions/teams (OBS, PF EA) and Countries business teams.
- Process analytics subject matter expert for: Central functions/teams (OBS, PF EA) and entities business teams.
3. Member of process automation community
- Maintain knowledge base extracted from processes implemented by various tenants.
- Maintain up-to-date and improve the process modelling best practices.
- Gather feedback and requests from platform users.
- Provide “on-demand” support for the covered perimeter.
- Training provider of process modelling & analytics.
- Provide up-to-date training materials/courses via BNPP group MyDevelopment training platform.
- “On-demand” Organize in-presence / online training sessions for entities representatives.
- Responsible reporting and KPI calculations for the usage of the automation platform.
- Continuously monitor platform usage, compare against license plan, and propose upgrades of license "tiers" when necessary (will participate to the quarterly reviews with Camunda).
What we are looking for
- You have one year of proven working experience in related tasks/projects.
- Fluent level of English is a must. Any other European language is nice to have.
- You have a good knowledge of:
* Creating of BPMN models using a BPM platform.
* Creating & providing management reporting, defining and follow-up KPIS’s.
* Camunda platform knowledge (v7 or v8), is desirable and is to be considered a plus.
- You are engaged in day-to-day activities.
- You have a transformation mindset, looking for the excellency.
- You are a Problem-Solving and Decision-Making person, who:
- Demonstrates advanced analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are ambiguous, lack known precedent or appear contradictory.
- Sees the big picture and is fully aware of technology and business directions.
