About the job

•    Part of a team of HR Connect Administration Officers, there are two elements to the role: to provide exceptional customer service to employees, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and to perform transactional processes throughout the employee life cycle in a timely and accurate manner

Your Main Activities Are

•    Act as the first point of contact in HR for employees, responding to and resolving specific queries across the full spectrum of HR activities

•    Process HR transactions using a range of HR systems

•    Manage people-related risk by applying policies and following processes consistently

•    Responsible for the maintenance of employee data integrity on key systems

Profile and Skills to Success

•    Degree in Human Resources or similar áreas

•    Ability to use a range of software and tools, and develop an understanding of HR systems

•    Understanding of HR policies and processes

•    Excellent written and verbal communication in English

•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong client focus

•    Ability to plan and deliver results in a reactive/proactive customer service environment

•    Attention to detail and quality awareness

•    Ability to work on several tasks concurrently
