Job Title: Assistant Vice President (On-Site Controls)

Location: Tower 49, 12 E 49th Street, New York, NY 10017

Duties: Review the adequacy and effectiveness of the Financial Security framework throughout the business. Review scoping and test work, under the supervision and guidance of Team Lead. Assist in the drafting of findings, remedial action plans and review reports. Deliver review assignments that adhere to OSC methodology and quality standards. Support GFS U.S. OSC in executing special and ad hoc projects. Enhance OSC professional practices (methodologies, test plans, remedial action plans and review quality assurance).  Travel 30% - international, depending on the respective review assignment.

SALARY: $113,833.00 USD - $140,000.00 USD/ year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Business or related field and four (4) years of experience in job offered or in a related role. Must have four (4) years of experience in a global financial institution. Must have three (3) years of experience with the following: Inspection, Audit, or Compliance related services within an international bank or international financial services organization, through developing review scope, performing tests, and drafting findings and remedial actions to deliver a report; reviewing transactions and activities, within a global financial services organization, to ensure compliance with Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) economic and trade sanctions requirements; experience with the OFAC regulation requirements; performing financial security analyses within the banking industry; working within international sanctions and risk & control frameworks; and experience with international sanctions and filtering and screening tools within an international bank or international financial services organization.
