In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our Sustainable IT Communication Officer 


Mission:   

You will report to the Business Relationship Manager and will be in contact with the entire Delivery team. 

Your missions will revolve around three main pillars: Communication, Sustainable IT project follow-up & Customer Relations. 

 

Your task will include: 

Communications 

  • - Designs and reviews both internal and external communication materials, ensuring they reflect the company’s commitment to sustainability and responsible digital practices. 

  • - Prepares presentations, develops content, and organizes regular client meetings, supporting the Business Relationship Manager to convey relevant and up-to-date information. 

  • - Monitors and communicates KPIs related to sustainability projects, ensuring visibility for both clients and the internal team. 

  • - Participates in and supports the Delivery team in preparing proposals and materials for events, presentations, and client committees. 

  • - Coordinates the creation and publication of the quarterly newsletter, selecting topics, encouraging contributors to write articles, and overseeing editing in English. 

  • - Promotes the active involvement of internal contributors in sharing best practices and achievements in sustainability and CSR. 

  • - Assists in the follow-up and communication of projects labeled as sustainable within the CSR strategy. 

Client Engagement & Sustainability Coordination 

  • - Collects customer feedback and surveys through quarterly and annual evaluations, analyzes results, and develops proposals related to communication and sustainability objectives. 

  • - Defines and maintains client dashboards that include all relevant information on progress in sustainability and communication. 

  • - Prepares and facilitates Client Committees and organizes client visits, serving as the main point of contact for SET in front of the client. 




What we are looking for: 

·    You have experience in international IT companies.    

·    You have minimum 2 years of proven success in position such as Communication officer, after sales, Business Analyst or Project Management, in complex and international environments.   

·    You are someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, CIO, and SET’s partners to help businesses effectively.   

·      You are engaged in day-to-day activities.   

·      You have a transformation mindset, looking for the excellency.  

·      You demonstrate analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are ambiguous, lack known precedent or appear contradictory.    


Skills/IT Tools 

• Communication skills - Oral & Written.  

• Client focused.  

• Proactivity & flexibility 

• Advanced user in office MSOffice package (Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, One Note knowledge).  

• Languages:  

1. Fluent level of English is a must.  

2. Fluent in Spanish and/or French.   

3. Other European language are highly appreciated.
