Position Purpose

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Infrastructure & Production Security Manager within ISPL ARVAL Production to manage our Infrastructure & Production Security operations teams. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with central infrastructure, production security, application production support, command center operations and technology monitoring teams working in different delivery centers of ARVAL in France & other countries. The ideal candidate should possess good level of expertise in managing various transformation programs like Datacenter Setup & Migrations, Obsolescence Management and operational excellence in managing Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, Production Migrations and Environment upgrades. This role will involve transformation & transition of activities from outsourced centers to ISPL aligning with global production operational, procedural & organizational model working in close collaboration with ARVAL Production tribe leadership & operational teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage various Infrastructure teams of Digital Platforms and Production security operations in a global “follow-the-sun” support model.
  • Drive and monitor production health using tools like Dynatrace, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to best practices across Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Manage key operational events including Datacenter Migrations, Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, Production Migrations and Environment upgrades.
  • Driving & reporting Vulnerability, Obsolescence, patch management of the environments within the ARVAL landscape
  • Develop and maintain production reporting, providing actionable insights and clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Ensure SOD, EOD, EOM, EOY processes are managed as per the standard operating Procedures.
  • Foster automation, innovation, and continuous improvement in production activities aligned with production group strategies.
  • Lead the transformation journey by successfully transitioning activities from outsourced companies to ISPL offshoring support model.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop team leads and support staff, building a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  • Ensure alignment with global standards, risk controls, and compliance expectations. Serve as the primary escalation point for high-impact incidents and business-critical issues
  • Stakeholder management and coordination with various Region and domain heads.
  • Identification and management of KPI's for weekly/ monthly reporting and Steerco.

 

 

 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

 

  • 12+ years of experience in Digital platforms and Infrastructure support, with experience in managing teams as part of FTS Global Support Model.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up or transforming an offshore Infra support function, including insourcing from outsourced vendors.
  • Proven expertise in managing multi-technologies – (UNIX, Windows, Middleware, Network, etc.) domains & must be proactive in raising alerts when it’s flagged, try to understand the global context and suggest how to solve the issue (without focusing only on his subpart)
  • Strong expertise in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, as well as a solid grasp of production reporting and analytics.
  • Expertise in Data Center setup/migrations is an added advantage
  • Proven ability to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones using Follow-the-Sun support methodology.
  • Hands-on experience with ITIL or equivalent frameworks (certification preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with ability to liaise effectively between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure, with a focus on service availability, incident prevention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in driving innovation, automation, and continuous process improvement.
  • Well understanding of the data analysis concepts with and ability to forecast the future growth and achieve projections
